ORDERING LEAD TIME ENQUIRIES

Standard cakes and individual desserts have a 3 day lead time from point of order. We offer a very personalised service and to avoid disappointment please ensure you begin discussing and placing your order well in advance so we can customise or do the necessary preparation.

Please note that some fresh fruits are seasonal so availability and prices may change accordingly.

The lead time for event catering and customised cakes must be a minimum of 7 days in advance.

Our most common feedback is “We almost always have left over cake but your cake was so delicious that there was NONE LEFTOVER at the party !” But if in case there is please use the below guidelines for cold storage ;

Fresh cream cakes should be kept refrigerated (not frozen) until the desired consumption time. Leftovers can be kept in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 3 days.

Buttercream cake frosting is thickened with butter and is soft and creamy at room temperature. The cake can be displayed in an air-conditioned room [during summer] or around 18-20 deg for up to approx. 4 hours.

If refrigerated, thaw at room temperature for approx. 30-60mins or until cream is soft to touch. Do not consume straight from the fridge as it will be brittle and hard to cut / slice. Left-overs can be kept in the fridge in an air-tight container up to 3 days, thaw 20-30 mins before consumption.
